With about 41% is Catucai the variety with the highest share planted on the farm. Acaia and Catuai are other significant varieties planted on the farm. Our top brand – Samba – is a mixture from various fields and consists mainly of those 3 varieties mentioned. A selective processing guarantees the strictly soft fine cup with a particular fine cupping profile as
shown hereunder.
